What a journey with this couple. He is a big watch guy and was checking out the Bremont and Breitling collections at Diamonds International in Amber Cove. He said he would be back after the shore excursion — and true to his word, he came back ready to get a watch.
But while doing the paperwork, he realized he had lost his phone on the excursion. Not just any phone — it had photos of his Mom, taken before she passed away, with no backup anywhere. He went into full panic.
The managers at Diamonds International did not hesitate. They started calling every tour operator and every bus driver to track that phone down. And somehow — they found it. He left with his phone, his memories, and a brand new Breitling watch that will forever remind him of the day everything worked out. Stories like this are why I love this job. 🚢⌚❤️
